Esta vez os traemos los phrasal verbs transitivos e intransitivos en inglés. Un nuevo desafío para que puedas ir más allá con el inglés y mejorar tu nivel. Ten en cuenta que conocer estos verbos y utilizarlos en algún Speaking o Writing os va a ayudar muchísimo, no sólo porque mostrarás un conocimiento más profundo de la lengua inglesa sino que también te va a ayudar a comprender mejor las conversaciones y listenings nivel C1 o C2. Dicho y hecho, ¡a por ello!

Aspectos importantes de los phrasal verbs transitivos e intransitivos
¿Qué es un phrasal verb?
Es un verbo en inglés que consiste en 2 o 3 palabras. Normalmente lo forman un verbo + un/dos adverbios/preposiciones como por ejemplo to find out (descubrir) o look up to (admirar). Lo engañoso de los phrasal verbs es su significado, que puede variar del significado original del verbo principal
- Hay dos tipos de phrasal verbs: los que se dividen (take the dog out), lo que no (look forward to your answer).
- Los verbos en inglés pueden ser tanto transitivos (le sigue un objeto directo), por ejemplo throw a ball, como intransitivos (no necesita un objeto) por ejemplo «Walk to school» o «Go to the cinema».

Los phrasal verbs transitivos son aquellos a los que les siguen complementos directos.
A veces en aquellas phrasal verbs que se dividen el complemento se sitúa entre el verbo y la preposición/adverbios. En la tabla de abajo tenéis ejemplos y sus traducciones.
